Careers Guidance Programmes in 2025-2026

This year, our school organised a variety of Careers Guidance activities to raise students’ awareness of career and life planning, while giving them opportunities to gain career-related experiences. Some highlights include:

  1. The S6 Mock Release of HKDSE Results Programme was held on 30 September 2025 to help S6 students better prepare for the actual release of HKDSE results.
  2. The S6 Mock Interview Programme, conducted on 29 November 2025, featured alumnae acting as interviewers to provide authentic practice.
  3. 16 January 2026 was our Life-wide Learning Day. S5 students engaged with various companies to explore diverse career sectors, such as healthcare, construction, social work, and sports.
  4. On 30 January 2026, parents and past students shared their study and work experience with our S5 girls, inspiring them to work harder to pursue their goals.
  5. Sharing sessions on choosing elective subjects were organised for S3 students in April. S4 and S5 students gave useful information about the electives they took.
  6. The Careers and Life Planning (CLP) Team organised a career-sharing session on 6 March 2026 featuring an antique merchant. The speaker highlighted how the art business connects with diverse fields, showing that art and history also draw on business, law, and even science.
  7. The S5 HKU Consultation Day took place on 17 April 2026. HKU student ambassadors shared their study experience with our S5 girls.
  8. On 16 June 2026, the CLP Team hosted a career-sharing session with a UK-based game developer. He discussed recent industry advancements and how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the job market.
  9. Our students visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong on 17 June 2026. They attended an admission talk and mini-lectures by the Department of Translation, learning about Computer-Aided Translation and Interpreting.
  10. Past students conducted a sharing session with our S5 girls on 29 June 2026, offering insights into university life and the world of work.
  11. On 30 June 2026, students visited JaneClare, a beauty skincare company, where they learned more about career pathways in the industry.
