Our talented Choir members stood on an international stage at the 8th World Youth Choral Festival & Competition (WYCF) in Jeju from 14 to 19 July 2026. Our students wholeheartedly embraced every moment, gracing stages across Jeju. Aside from the excitement of the competition, the Festival represented a priceless journey of growth. The Choir honed their musicianship, enhanced their ensemble skills and fostered cohesion between members through performing in the Opening Concert, participating in the Choral Workshops and exceling ourselves from Competitions. More than that, our students earned pleasure from harmony and met new friends from all around the world.
Our dedication and hard work resulted in amazing outcomes, securing Silver awards in both Folklore and Secular Categories. We are incredibly proud of the accomplishments and the memories created. The Choral Exchange Tour to Jeju was an unforgettable journey of music, culture and connection. Beyond sharing our voices in harmonious performances, we immersed ourselves in Jeju’s unique heritage and vibrant Korean traditions. Exploring breathtaking natural wonders — Seongsan Ulchibong, tasting Korean cuisine and visiting historic landmarks allowed us to experience the island’s rich culture firsthand.
This transformative trip not only broadened our cultural horizons and strengthened our musical bonds but also left us with cherished memories that will resonate far beyond the final notes of our tour. The success of this Choral Exchange Tour is impossible without the support of our School Supervisor, School Principal, parents and music teacher.
