With the School Theme ‘Cultivating Self-Love; Nourishing Wellness’, the Music Society of Holy Family Canossian College launched 2025/26 School Care Subsidy Scheme – Care and Concern Concert on 2 December 2025 at Caritas Community Centre – Ngau Tau Kok. The Scheme was co-organised by the Music Office and our school’s Music Society, and sponsored by Sino Group.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the Music Office and Sino Group for providing us with invaluable learning opportunities to extend our care and good wishes to the beneficiaries of recognised target service units through music performances.
In the Care and Concern Concert, our Holy Family Canossian College Vocal Ensemble and Cantonese Opera Ambassadors delivered an absolutely stellar performance that captivated the elderly from the first note. The musicians brought an element of absolute pure joy and enjoyment to the Care and Concern Concert. Furthermore, games like ‘Hong Kong Slangs from Different Generations’ were organised in the Concert to build a closer relationship with the elderly.
The 2025/26 School Care Subsidy Scheme – Care and Concern Concert helps foster students’ development of proper values, instil positive attitudes towards life and practise appropriate behaviour across the facets of ‘cognition, affection and action’. We look forward to creating more social integration and harmony for the community through music and social services.
