Year-end Celebration 2025

As the academic year came to a close, our students delivered a remarkable end-of-year performance in the School Hall on 8 July 2025, artfully showcasing their diverse talents both in artistic and instrumental forms.

The mesmerizing performance commenced with the enchanting strains of The Phantom of the Opera, performed by the School Orchestra, effectively setting the tone for the morning.  Our musically-gifted students subsequently captivated the audience with an array of impressive pieces, highlighted by a beautiful duet of oboe and flute performing the classical work “River Flows in You”.

Our school’s Drama Club and Chinese Dance Team also enthralled their peers with the fruits of their labor.  The Drama Club filled the hall with evocative portrayals of school life, while the vibrant Chinese Dance Team, adorned in delicate costumes, captivated the audience with their intricate footwork and graceful movements.

For speech performances, one of our students showcased her excellent speaking skills by performing Putonghua and English Solo Verses.

A highlight of the show was a video created by the Media Team, following four students’ journey of learning the art of sand painting from their peers.  The audience was captivated as the girls in the video participated in the 2nd Joint School Sand Painting Creation Competition organised by the Hong Kong Sand Painting Association and were rewarded with the Championship in the competition with their masterpiece “The Lion King”.

Another highlight of the show was the performance that delivered our wonderful Chinese elements.  Two students performed the Chinese Opera classic "沉香華山救母," while three other students played the Guzheng and Sanxian, captivating the audience with their incredible talents.  These performances deepened our reflection on the profound Chinese culture and values we share.

The event reached a spellbinding climax with the performances of our school’s Senior Choir.  The Choir’s heart-wrenching melodies, intricate harmonies, and seamless interplay among the different ensembles created a spellbinding experience for our audiences.  The Senior Choir's rendition of 「遙遠的小漁村」 and “Nothin’ Gonna Stumble My Feet” was particularly moving.  The joint performance with La Salle College on the song 「晚星」 and with Holy Family Canossian primary schools on “Take These Wings”, as well as “The Lord Bless You and Keep You”, left the audience uplifted and inspired.  These songs truly resemble our school’s motto, United in Love, underscoring our supportive friendship and community.

Through their outstanding displays of talent and collaboration, our schoolmates brought to the fore the vibrant spirit and nurturing community that make our school exceptional.
